Narrow Neck Mountain Bike Ride.
Narrow Neck mountain bike ride is one of the classics MTB trails in the Blue Mountains region. It’s a decent length of 20km return trip and the views are absolutely spectacular. I had no hesitation of rating this one 5 stars.
The track isn’t all that technical. Though it’s a great MTB ride for all levels. Beginners will need to take it easy as the hills are extremely step and you don’t wont to lose control. Good working brakes are essential. Unless your a Lance Armstrong type of rider the chances are you’ll need to push your mountain bike up a couple of hills.
At the end of the Narrow Neck track it’s worthwhile checking out Tarros Ladders. So take a chain to secure your bike at the end of the Narrow Neck Trail. Follow the small track down past a couple of lookout spots. You’ll see some metal rods protruding from the rocks. This is extreme bushwalking at it’s best. Once you see it you’ll understand what I mean. The picture on the side gives you an idea of what your in for.
