  • The Ruined Castle Blue Mountains bushwalk.

     

    This bushwalk is on the hard side but I highly recommend it. There is plenty of different scenery to see along the way. With ferns, tall timbers, rain forest and a numerous number of stairs to negotiate. When you get to the ruined castle it’s not too difficult to climb up to the base. If your up to the challenge the views from that advantage point are amazing. The link below will take you to a virtual tour of the ruined castle.

    Google Map Link. You can start this walk from the Golden Stairs. The road leading to the golden stairs is a dirt track. I took it easy driving and my Toyota Corolla may it without too many issues.
